Hyatt Place Miami Airport question

We're looking at the Hyatt Place Miami Airport West to spend the night before our cruise. I know it has free shuttle from the airport. Does it have a shuttle, fee or free, to the port?

We are booked at the same hotel for October. Their site says they have a free shuttle to the port. Parking is $7/day unless you book a stay and cruise package (we're staying using points...so will pay for parking). Stay and cruise give you 14 days for free and $5/day after that. No shuttle back to the hotel. Haven't stayed at this location before...but have we've stayed at about a dozen Hyatt Places in various locations nationwide (business travel).

I would definitely double check with the hotel regarding port transportation.

On their homepage there is a banner that says free shuttle to the airport and port of miami

but under 'transportation' in several different places on their site is clearly emphasizes

"Hotel offers complimentary transportation to and from Miami International Airport only"

That hotel is in a very congested area in the opposite direction to the port from the airport terminal. Whether shuttle or your own transportation better plan on an early start, especially if you can take advantage of your cruise line's priority boarding scheme.

My husband did call Hyatt and they are the ones who told us there is a shuttle to the port available....no idea what time the shuttle might go. Anyone with experience?

"Hotel offers complimentary transportation to and from Miami International Airport only"---I think this means they do not offer transportation to/from Fort Lauderdale airport.
