Sydney Hotel Shuttle

Has anyone used Sydney Hotel Shuttle recently? Are they prompt, reliable, was all satisfactory? I'm a bit apprehensive paying in advance without knowing anything about them. How do you locate them after your arrival?

Any other suggestions on another company are welcome too. We are 2 adults that will have 2 pieces of luggage, arriving in the int'l terminal in SYD and really don't want to spend the money for a private car and don't mind the length of time a shuttle can take to get us to our hotel.

We booked Sydney Hotel Shuttle from the hotel the night before we flew out of Sydney. They were on time and we had no problems.

Haven't used them for a while but last time I did no problems.

If you don't mind how long the trip in is they are ok. There are clear signs around baggage claim showing where they are. Getting back you tell them your flight and they give you a pick up time. The alternative is the train that gets you to the city stations but if you don't know the city the bus is better
