New Orleans parking with mobility scooter

I'm getting ready to take my mother on her first cruise and was wondering what our options are in regards to parking in New Orleans. We are driving down and taking her scooter with us on the cruise. I have parked at fulton garage before but can't remember if the shuttles are equipped to handle scooters. Was also wondering if parking a t the port would be more convenient due to our circumstances.

I will be cruising mid June, and also use a scooter. Most interested in some information.

In the three times I've used Fulton, I've never seen a scooter. I would think they would need to put it in the back and stack luggage on top of it. If nobody has the answer, I would call Fulton garage and ask.
