Jewelry Shopping

Hubby and I are going to Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao on our next cruise and have not been to any of these islands yet. I'm curious if anyone has any recommendations for best jewelry shopping. Which island would you say has the best prices?

We're looking into getting my engagement ring fixed (one of the diamonds fell out and is lost). It might not be the most extravagant ring, but I've had it over 20 years and I'd love to wear it again!

I'm leaning towards Aruba or Curaçao because we're snorkelling in Bonaire and time will be a factor. We're set to be in Aruba on my birthday but I can wait for my birthday present for another day if it will be worth it. [emoji39]

Any advice or recommendations are highly welcome!

Gold Palace in Aruba is one of the few stores with their own, in-house repair shop. Great folks who will treat you right

I also recommend Gold Palace in Aruba. They reset a ring for me, and had to do some new designing to make it work in the setting. They were very quick and did an outstanding job. They are located on the main drag when you get off of the ship, on the side along the water front. I vacation in Aruba 2 - 3 weeks every year. Gold Palace is definitely my choice.
