In her blog, The Curious Appetite, Coral Sisk has a list of restaurants in Florence offering Spaghetti Amatriciana, with €2 from each serving going to the Italian Red Cross to benefit the people of Amatrice, and other mountain towns and villages devastated by the earthquakes earlier this month.

Some of the participating restaurants:

Trattoria Da Burde (Via Pistoiese)

Corte Reale (Piazza Adua, stazione SMN)

Il Magazzino (Piazza della Passera)

FuoriPiazza (Via Gioberti)

Arà (Via della Vigna Vecchia)

I’Tosto (Via dei Servi)

Latini (via dei Palchetti)

Borgo Antico (Passo del Sugame, Greve in Chianti – from the 1st of September, 50% ofthe price will be donated)

Enoteca Pitti Gola e Cantina (Piazza Pitti)

Spaghetti Amatriciana always tastes good, and now it does good too!
