We will be on the Carnival Conquest in October and will be stopping at Aruba and Curacao for the 1st time. We always try to do 1 beach at each new island and just wondered your opinions. I've heard both these islands don't have the gorgeous beaches like some other islands (our favorite so far is Horseshoe Bay Beach in Bermuda). What do you think of the beaches on these 2 islands and which if any are the best (clearest water and soft white sand plus bathrooms). Thank you for your help.

Don't know who told you the beaches in Aruba are not nice, but they are gorgeous!! Bright blue, clear water, striking white sand. Baby Beach is a super shallow bay with the bluest water ever. Eagle and Palm beaches (extending one down from the next) are both gorgeous with Eagle beach being a little more laid back and less crowded.

Just do a quick google image search for Baby Beach Aruba, and Eagle Beach Aruba and you will see hundreds of pictures.
