dell12345aj Posted September 6, 2017 #1 Share Posted September 6, 2017 Hi All! Our cruise leaving this Saturday, the 9th from Port Canaveral has been cancelled. I had prepaid parking at the port. Any idea if I will get that refunded or if I should call in the morning. Thanks in advance. 😊 (making lemonade out of lemons, still a week off work!) bUU Posted September 6, 2017 #5 Share Posted September 6, 2017 Side question: What is the advantage, if any, of prepaying for parking?
Capt_BJ Posted September 7, 2017 #6 Share Posted September 7, 2017 paper says prepaid parking will automatically be refunded "to the form of payment provided." This is for Wed thru Sunday. May take up to 7 days. You should get an e-mail. ++++++++++++ wrt why? pre-pay only gives you one payment to not worry about. It saves no $ nor does it actually assure a space (but I've never heard of the port parking reaching capacity) IMO what it DOES is eliminates the possibility a driver will be tempted by BIG signs as you approach the port for parking at a fraction of the port's price ... within sight of the ships.
