Check in

I am a German citizen living in Australia and I am a Australian resident for 17 years. When our travel agent did our online check in she could not put my citizenship to German because of my Australian residency. So she checked me in as an Australian Citizen with a German passport, doesn't make sense but there was no other option. Should I be worried?

I don't think you will have a problem. No different from a US green card holder (permanent resident) checking in with an Indian/Russian/German passport. Just might be a little confusion at checkin. EM

I'm no expert but to be certain I would have your travel agent contact your cruise line and get their reply in writing.
