I mean that I've never heard of DCL offering any such package. I know what the Bon Voyage Experience is. :)
Ex techie Posted October 20, 2014 #5 Share Posted October 20, 2014 For $39.00 pp board at 11;00 A.M., lunch in the dining room, glass of wine, free photo, tour the ship till 2 or 3 P.M. then disembark. If you are a PVP I can see the benefit to you with your Guests, but for the hassle of tracking down those that do not report to the correct area to disembark on time (a Photog member did visit another DCL ship when in port together and ignored the get off now vendors PA commands ended up on another cruise than his own), and DCL would charge at least $200 for lunch, wine, photo etc. Only DCL approved TA's get to do the ship tour, lunch etc. Too much hassle and paperwork for $40 when they can still sell their Staterooms without this IMO. ex techie
moki'smommy Posted October 20, 2014 #6 Share Posted October 20, 2014 As far as I know, there is nothing that can be purchased by the general public. As noted above, there are ship tours given for travel agents, newly hired/promoted CMs (in a few positions, not general new hires), and occasional special arranged CM families (we've seen families of lower level officers allowed to tour). Nothing that the general public has access to, and all must be arranged well in advance.
