Theatre Noise in a Getaway Cabin

Our son had a balcony cabin on 8 and they never mentioned hearing anything. We were in a mini suite forward on 8 and never heard anything there either. I have seen some people report that they could hear some theatre sounds in the hall, but not once they got in their cabin. We retired pretty early, and never heard any noise in the hallways.

I think you are pretty safe. The shows should be over by 10:30 or so in any case I would think. I don't believe there are any late night shows in the theatre.

I'm booked in cabin 8138 on the breakaway which looks like it's over the theatre I got this cabin because of the bigger angled balcony at the same price as all BD cabins. I'm not worried about the noise.

When are you going? I would love to see pictures if the balcony as I have 8138 and 8140

Have you seen slide 9 here? These are secret angled BD balconies IMO, as they don't show on the deckplans.

I'm not going until November 23. How about you? Wow that balcony in the photo looks great is 8138 the same exact as 8738? If not 8738 is still open on my sailing. I think it's the same it's directly across.

Bear3412 You were right! 8140 does indeed have an angled balcony. No noise great location.

Your info helped us on our June breakaway cruise.
