Room Service - Wine

How is wine handled when room service is ordered?

We are thinking of having dinner on our balcony one evening and are curious if we would be provided a bottle of wine or just a glass each or any, for that matter?

We do not have any sort of status, just basic, run of the mill cruisers.

Thanks.

You can get the complimentary wine with dinner in your room.

We ordered dinner on our balcony last year before the White Nights party as we didn't want to go the deck buffet or eat in the MDR - it was very warm and we were docked in Santorini.

We went down to the Dining Room to look at the menu & choose our options & then phoned from our room. I remember that we ordered glasses of Rose as we had just remembered that it was available (it wasn't ever offered). The only thing we forgot to ask for was the bread roll! If you don't ask - it seems you don't get.

It was a lovely meal & we would definitely do it again if in port. I don't think there's enough room in a standard veranda cabin to eat inside.
