Does anyone know if you can still get the cruise rate of $9 a day if you don't prepay. I want to park at Fulton street, but would like to pay when we arrive.

You have to prepay otherwise they're going to charge you 12 or 14...I forget which it is but they have people out there holding up signs on cruise days and it's a higher rate.
