Wifi in Kusadasi?

We're doing a tour in Ephesus in the morning, so I think we'll probably just feel like relaxing in the afternoon. Does anyone know about places to access wifi near the port? I read that Starbucks does? Is this close, or is there anywhere else? (We would like to find free wifi so we can buy drinks or snacks)

There is lots of free WiFi spots in Kusadasi. As has been posted, you can get it at the Starbucks right inside the port terminal/shopping center. But we prefer a better atmosphere so we usually leave the port and walk a couple of blocks right along the water (there is a wine walkway). There are a few small cafes along the walkway and at least one of them has free WiFi. So we can sit with a drink, gaze at the port and the water, and use the internet. Another area is at a square located a few blocks inside the bazaar area where there are multiple restaurants/cafes ...many of which provide Wifi.

Like others have said, there are many places.

We typically avoid the usual places like the duty free shopping area attached to a port, a Starbucks or the first wifi place one sees after leaving the port security area. The service in these areas is often slower because there are so many people using them.

We prefer the 'one block over and one block down' approach. We usually find a place off the main drag that only has a few customers. Usually it is frequented by locals only-not scads of folks trying to Skype loved ones back home.. Much better service, local pricing for drinks, and you have no trouble getting a seat!
