Celebrity Silhouette, August 20, 2016, Scandinavia & Russia

Hello: This is my first post on CC. My husband and I (it is our 50th wedding anniversary) are booked on the Silhoutte - sailing on August 20th for Scandinavia and St. Petersburg , Russia. We are now looking into the shore excursions and are interested in private tours to Berlin and St. Petersburg. Would appreciate any and all help in this matter. We are from Monroe, New Jersey.
