Best Non-Crazy Lunch on Sunshine Embarkation Day

Where is the best place to each lunch on the 1st day on the Sunshine that isn't totally crazy busy?

Definitely head to the back of the Lido and go to the Havana Bar. There are seats open almost all of the time since people don't find out about this for a few days. You can get food from the Pasta Bar (port side) or from the Mongolian Wok on the starboard side. First day is best since you're not crowded at all. These become Cucina del Capitano and JiJi's at night and have a fee but food is free at lunch.

You're always welcome to bring food from other areas on Lido to the Havana Bar and you should have no problem finding a table.

We've been on the Sunshine twice and like it. We're also booked on the Journeys cruise in February.

The back of the Havana Bar is oir favorite place to get away from the crowd. We would come back from port grab a bite to eat, a drink and head to the bar, sit down and watch the waves go by. Really nice view.

Cucina del Capitano is likely your least crowded; you can take your food to the middle or eat on the port side- we liked to move towards the Havana area to look out the back.
