upgrade fairy

Carnival Breeze, we had a deluxe ocean view booked. But the upgrade fairy booked us into the same price as ocean view into a guarantee balcony. There are 4 of us travelling.

We have never booked a 'guarantee' room before ever. We always knew where and what side of the ship we were on.

Will we get a room for the 4 of us comfortably you think ? I am nervous as its a guarantee, but excited for a balcony.

Any past experiences on the Breeze who had a guarantee balcony....where did you end up ?

Seriously, I would ask to go back to the Deluxe OV. Why? there are four of you, the OV is a larger cabin and has a split bath, which means two showers. the balcony is 185 sf plus 45sf balcony. the Deluxe OV is 220 sf. Basically, you have almost all of the balcony space, but inside. On the balcony, there would only be 2 chairs and a small table, not even space to drag out another chair. EM

I think we are going to stick with the balcony. We actually aren't in our room a whole lot, but thought it would be special for the kids to see the port in the morning. They are very excited for the balcony :)

On the Breeze you each get a bed. The sofa converts to a bed. (its not a pull out_ and there will be an upper bed above the sofa.

your guarantee cabin will be given between 30-2 days before the day of sailing. NEVER give your luggage to the porter until they verfiy that cabin number
