Wifi in the port?

We'll be in Belize next month. Does anyone know if there is free or low cost wifi anywhere in the port?

There are a few good spots we use. They are quiet and you can sit down; purchase a water or whatever. If there are many ships in port it is hard to concentrate or hear anything so try to find a place within the main buildings that offer free wifi if. I teach online so I need some P & Q to grade student papers. Not the best timing but what can I say?
