Car rental return, Bayport

Would like to rent a car precruise from Hobby and return car near the Bayport pier, sailing Emerald Princess. Any rental car agencies near the port?

Thought of doing this also. Budget has a return off ice in Pasadena but have no idea how to get to the port from there.

I was curious about the Pasadena location so googled it and then checked Mapquest. It's about ten miles from the cruise terminal. From the cruise terminal it's almost a straight shot up Red Bluff road to Fairmont Pkwy, then a couple of miles down Fairmont to where you drop the car off at.

If you want to map it, look up "directions" between these two points.

1) Bayport Cruise Terminal, 5755 Bayport Blvd, Seabrook, TX 77586

I think Pasadena has a taxi service, but don't know anything about it. HOpe this helps.

Did some checking on rental car agencies operating hours. Almost all close noon Saturday and are closed on Sunday. (This is in Pasadena and surrounding towns) The only rental car open on Sunday that I found was a Avis/Budget that operates out of a Pep Boys Store.

Really concerned about getting a taxi from there to cruise port.

Can anyone shed some light on this topic..

If not, looks like will have to rent and return car to airport then take taxi to port.
