St. Thomas and Tortola Excursions

I am travelong on the Norwegian Escape 7 day cruise to St. Thomas, Tortola, and Nassau. I was wondering if anyone has used Sunny Liston Tours on St. Thomas,http://www.sunnylistontours.com/. If so, which package did you do. Also, on Tortola we are going to do the Radical Rides Adventure through NCL https://www.ncl.com/excursions/searc...D1468157181949. Has anyone done this excursion. If anyone has any feedback it will be much appreciaed.

We did the Sonny Liston tour and it was crappy. It was supposed to be two hours of shopping 2 hours of sightseeing and 2 hours of beach time and the sightseeing consisted of the tour guide singing at the top of his lungs Let the Dogs Out 15x. The beach we were taken to was Megan Beach which is supposed to be nice but wasn't. There was something in the water that made me break out in a rash and the beach was not all that clean. I don't even enjoy shopping normally and the shopping was the best part of the trip so we were disappointed. In Tortola we took a tour that we booked after getting off the ship and I don't even know the name of the company but it was only $25 per person and it was great. It included sightseeing and beach time and it was absolutely lovely. In Nassau we took the sightseeing in Paradise Island visit tour sold by Viator. It was a good tour and we enjoyed it. Attached are pictures of st.thomas, Tortola, and Nassau in that order.
