cujosmom Posted February 1, 2009 #1 Share Posted February 1, 2009 The Voyager docks at 5:00 AM on a SUNDAY. If we can get off between 7 & 7:30 and we make advanced reservations for a private driver, can we make a 12:05 PM flight from Heathrow? We could do self-disembarkation as we travel with only one suitcase and one (duffle) carry-on each. We could probably print our boarding pass the day before if that would help save some time at the airport. If it IS doable, can anyone recommend a private taxi service that you have used that is dependable and reasonably priced?

Our flights are leaving 11.30 hrs to Intra-European destination and the tour operator asked us to be ready for collection at 08.30 hrs in Southampton. So your schedule is just perfect if you are going to overseas. As we are a larger party we booked them for our cruise: http://www.airlynx.co.uk/ 160 GBP for a 8-seater 200 GBP for a 16-seater Regards, HeinBloed
handfordr Posted February 1, 2009 #3 Share Posted February 1, 2009 Its about 90 minutes by road to Heathrow from Southampton cruise terminals by private vehicle. Most cruises start assisted disembarkation about 07:45 and unless you have good reason to delay should be all off by 08:30. If you can get unassisted disembarkation all the better
