I was going to book with them...Could not get on the web site.....I guss thats why...I guss its Pullmantur again.....

They are working on to contiune service right now; they are trying to make a deal with International Shipping Partners (owners of Gemini & Ocean Pearl) to keep chartering the ships to them and Restise Management for the Happy Dolphin.

We just saw the Happy Dolphin in Istanbul on September 11. We'd never heard of Happy Cruises, but the ship looked nice from the outside! I was shocked when I saw the article. Apparently the crew is stuck and has not been paid. ITF is supposed to be helping the crew.

Here's the article I read... some of the comments at the end tell more than the article. http://maritimematters.com/2011/09/un-happy-cruises-ceases-operations/
