NCL Sky & Suite Perks Questions

Hello all! DW and I are looking to book a Penthouse Suite, category SE, on the NCL Sky for next February for 3 days to the Bahamas for her birthday. We were on the Sky in September 2016 and enjoyed the overall experience. We are looking to try out the suite experience with NCL and have a few questions after reading on NCL's site (https://www.ncl.com/why-cruise-norwegian/cruise-accommodations/cruise-suites-and-penthouses).

1. Since Sky is an open bar ship, do suites still receive champagne/sparkling wine and bottled water on embarkation day? Sodas?

2. Is bottled water & soda replenished daily for Penthouse Suite?

3. "Invitations to an exclusive breakfast and lunch." What does this entail? Is it daily breakfast in specialty restaurant for suite passengers, or it's an one-time deal? Same question with lunch.

4. Do suite passengers receive one complimentary dinner in specialty restaurant, or just breakfast & lunch mentioned earlier?

5. "Specialty dinning delivered to your suite from any restaurant (cover charge apply)." Can I order items from MDR menu and have them delivered? Will there be additional fees in addition to the standard room service charge?

6. Any laundry service discounts? Not necessary on a 3 days cruise but good to know for future reference.

Much appreciated!

We were in a Sky OS over New Years. You get all the same perks as on a longer cruise.

Breakfast & lunch were in Cagney's each day. Same menu each day. No specialty dinners are included.

Bottled water & soda were replenished for us, but I don't think that applies to the penthouse suites. We also got the 'starter booze' even though you don't really need it.

Can order room service food from specialties (uses SDP credits) or MDR (free). Suites don't pay the room service charge.

Didn't see info about laundry, but we really weren't looking for it.

Best perk was priority boarding and disembarking. Front of the line service via the concierge.

Sodas? Penthouse suites get one bottle of sparking wine and one small bottle of purified water (32 oz.)

2. Is bottled water & soda replenished daily for Penthouse Suite? Only if you pay for it. Owner suites are the only suites that have unlimited free soda and water.

3. "Invitations to an exclusive breakfast and lunch." What does this entail? Is it daily breakfast in specialty restaurant for suite passengers, or it's an one-time deal? Same question with lunch. You can have breakfast and lunch at Cagney's every day.

4. Do suite passengers receive one complimentary dinner in specialty restaurant, or just breakfast & lunch mentioned earlier? No free specialty dining.

5. "Specialty dinning delivered to your suite from any restaurant (cover charge apply)." Can I order items from MDR menu and have them delivered? Will there be additional fees in addition to the standard room service charge? You can pretty much have anything delivered from the MDR to your suite. You can order specialty dinners too but that involves a fee.

6. Any laundry service discounts? Not necessary on a 3 days cruise but good to know for future reference. Laundry discounts apply to your latitudes membership status

Much appreciated!

Enjoy your cruise. Even though the Sky has no Haven, its very enjoyable and the penthouse suites are fantastic. You will get priority tender to the private island. The concierge will visit you and take good care of you and check in with you daily.
