Sunday afternoon Dockyard ideas / options

Any ideas (other than dockyard shops, local snorkle beach, Fort) on how to maximize the Sunday in Bermuda with a 1PM arrival? Been to Bermuda a few times (and don't like Sunday arrival because of early closures and limited bus / ferry). Looking for ideas to get out beyond Dockyard - maybe some close beaches (other than the usual you hit like HBB), snorkel trips (any recommendations on who to use), or other ideas on what to do with a Sunday afternoon arrival (4 adults who like to more active / explore / beach / water activity) in Dockyard:confused:?

How about hiring a 'Blue Flag' taxi for a 3-4 hour tour of the island.

Renting jet skis or boat - pontoon or Boston Whaler.

I would add Rising Sun Catamaran to the list.

Also found Sonny's Snorkel Bermuda out of DockYard too. Any views on Sonny's Snorkel vs Rising Sun Catamaran for a snorkel trip out of Dockyard?

My family plans on doing the Hartley's ocean walk. I've heard some good things and they leave soon after the ship docks and are close by.
