MacBook Pro & Flickr HELP!!

I am truly about to tear my hair out! Photos are uploaded to Flickr but I can't get the photos to post here. All I get is this https://www.flickr.com/photos/125269490@N02/shares/C55N8o

I'm not very techie but there has to be a way to get the actual photo in correct - not just the link. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

In Flickr, under "Share Photo", select "BB Code", then choose the size you want from the drop-down box. Copy the code that is generated and paste it straight into your post here on Cruise Critic.
