Flight Out of Barcelona (BCN)

After our cruise and two nights in Barcelona, we have an early morning flight (7 am) from Barcelona to Frankfurt and then from Frankfurt to home. For those that have travelled out of BCN before, can you tell me how early you would get to the airport?

Can be as early as 5:30 on R2 cercanias train from Gracia or Sants http://www.renfe.com/EN/viajeros/cercanias/barcelona/ Anytime with cab, they run 24 hrs. 1.5 hr to 2 hrs prior to Schengen flight is fine

I can only tell you what we did, flight at 10:20. We arrived at airport approx 7:00 am. If we had arrived later we would have been fine. I would say allow at least 2 hrs since you never know how long immigration might take. We were lucky in that only two people in front of us
