Ketchikan Salmon Store Question.

In Ketchikan there is a Salmon Store on the corner of demonstrates that give samples of the sockeye Salmon. It is on a cracker with cream cheese and a pickle of some type. I was wondering what the pickle was?.

Sounds to me that it could have been either Salmon Etc or the Salmon Market both have websites with their email addresses.

I haven't been there but may be capers. They are tasty with Salmon.
