Virtual balcony cabins anyone?

My children had a virtual balcony on Harmony and is basically just an internal with a big TV on the wall. So it was relatively small, but then most cabins are on a cruise. The children loved it as did all those that saw it on the cabin crawl.

Let me know if you want to know anything else

My daughter and granddaughter were to have a virtual balcony. they got a blank screen and 2 calls from the cabin steward asking if repairman came. Never worked. Guest services line so long not worth standing in line. Only 3 day cruise but still disappointing. Rather ugly if just black wall.:(
