beach AND walking tour with late port?

We will be in port from 1pm to 11pm in February. We would like to enjoy a beach and do a walking tour. Is there enough daylight to accomplish this?

Trying to decide how to do it all with a late port time. We don't want to miss out on shopping either if stores close early.

Also looking for after dinner options while in port to make the most of our time in Curacao. We are a group of 6 and do not drink.

Thank you in advance for your help.

If seeing the city of Willemstad is a priority, we would do a walking tour as there is so much to see and then later have a drink at one of the hotels with a beach such as the Avila or the Marriott.

Otherwise, we would go to the beach for most of the daylight hours if swimming and snorkeling are a priority.
