I have an "ordered" tour of Catherine's palace/hermitage with Denrus on August 3 but no confirmation and tour documents of the tour. When should I be receiving receipt for my tours? Rare Host Anne Posted July 6, 2006 #2 Share Posted July 6, 2006 Try contacting them again. Have you had any response from them? If not, it's very possible they didn't get your order. When we booked with them last summer, I heard back from them immediately to confirm all the arrangements. We had no problems and had wonderful tours with them. gratefulguy Posted July 6, 2006 #4 Share Posted July 6, 2006 Posters have reported that e-mails from Denrus, RO, etc. are often blocked by the poster's own internet provider--esp. AOL.
