groundhog59 Posted March 12, 2015 #3 Share Posted March 12, 2015 We completed this hike/climb last Wednesday in 3 hours 40 minutes thanks to having some youngsters along for the climb they set a fast pace. It was very strenuous but we made it. I'm 56, DH 55. I am not a seasoned athlete but I did do some stair climbing, deep squats and deep knee bends and walked on the treadmill at a steep incline. Surprisingly enough the only thing that was sore was my left thigh. If I'd have known I would have walked steps and skipped one or two because that was how it was part of the climb.
