I wonder if this Mailing was only sent to Non-USA Residents

We were given this information late in February. I as a result booked a cruise for one of the dates. I'm in the US. It is also on the website.

Great offer. Not sure if they're going to bring it back, but I'm still trying to get the points from my May sailing, that was part of the March Bonus. It was an 8 night sailing, JS. Should have received 22 points total. Got credit for the sailing some time ago, but only got 16 points. I've called numerous times and have been told that yes, it was a qualifying sailing, but it will take some time to apply the points. I'm not sure why they couldn't just have either given me the correct amount of points to begin with, or have adjusted them after my calls.

I explained that it was important to me to have it corrected because that sailing brings us to diamond. At some point, they told me that they could over ride my status and change it to diamond (which they did). So now, when I log on, my status says diamond, but my points still read 77 (that's just a problem waiting to happen). Funny, if they could change my status, why couldn't they just correct the points? :confused:

Has anyone else incurred a problem receiving their bonus points?

Can not address your point question. However, we reached platinum from cruising on Celebrity. (some time ago) So, our C & A account on RCCL used to list a small number of points --but the status was platinum. Never a problem.

we just sailed on Mariner and booked during this promotion... I just checked and we received all 20 of our points ( 7 night sailing in a GS).

So you definitely should get those 22 points... good luck!
