8/22 Bear Viewing: Neets Bay vs. Traitor's Cove vs. POW

My group is interested in a bear-viewing excursion out of Ketchikan, by floatplane.

Any feedback on which location is better for viewing on 8/22?

We went to Neets Bay via seaplane. Ship excursion on Radiance. Great experience. Wonderful plane ride, short level walk to viewing station. A sheltered gazebo type structure on one river bank, with the bears directly across. We probably saw 15 bears fishing for salmon. This was 2002, things could have changed.

I have gone to both several times. They have shortened the viewing time at Neets, compared to my earlier trips. I prefer Traitor's in this timeframe.
