Children's menus for Chops, Giovanni's, Samba, and Izumi on Allure of the Seas

I am wondering if anyone has the menus from the above restaurants. My granddaughter will be 12 when we cruise and I am trying to decide if we need to order from the adult menu or if the children's menu will be ok for her.

 

She normally eats in fine restaurants, but is not a salad eater. She loves soups, steaks, lasagna, other Italian food and has done dinner at many Epcot restaurants. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
