Anyone have pictures of the cribs on Carnival?

We are on the Carnival Splendor in a few weeks with our 9 month old baby. I am torn between having a crib brought in and just sleeping with her in our bed. I'm not sure how big the crib is and how space it would take up in the room?

Does anyone have pictures of a crib in a carnival room? we have a balcony but I expect it is similar size to any other regular cabin.

Does anyone have experience with this or advice on the best approach?

Here's a cool thread from a mom that was on the Breeze.

I did 2 cruises (Magic and Pride) with cribs and ended up co-sleeping and using the crib as a place to store stuff we didn't want her to get. LOL

Both times, they were metal like the one pictured in the thread. I WISH I would have had the idea to do the shower curtain thing. AWESOME! I spent so much time the first cruise when she turned 1 in the dark with the glow of my book light. LOL

  • 2 weeks later...

Don't know if you've gone yet- but we had a crib in our balcony cabin on the Pride last December for our 13 month old. We tried co-sleeping with him, as that's how we slept at home, but with the dip in between the mattresses, I just didn't feel safe. It wasn't that crowded at all, he still had plenty of room to play and we were so seldom in the room.
