jjohnboy32 Posted May 26, 2016 #1 Share Posted May 26, 2016 Hi fellow cruisers and newbies I'm on Azura on the 3rd July to the Fjords and have been on Azura and Ventura before. But it was a couple of years ago and cant remember the answer to the following: How much booze can we take on? We have 2 cabins booked for 4 people. I'm sure it was a bottle of wine or fizzy each? Although I'm sure that we took a litre of vodka on too? Thoughts and experiences? (I've never been summoned to the naughty room) Cheers JB
tokyo Posted May 26, 2016 #2 Share Posted May 26, 2016 A bottle each should be no problem.

jjohnboy32 Posted May 26, 2016 Author #4 Share Posted May 26, 2016 Answered my own question I think as found this little nugget. How about bringing liquor at embarkation? According to P and O Cruises, passengers may bring small amounts of alcohol on board with no amount restriction. However, P&O reserves the right for removing alcohol at gangway should any need arise. The line generally allows reasonable alcohol amounts to be taken for yourself to enjoy in cabin, but taking bottles into lounges or restaurants incurs corkage fees. Not uncommon for people to take gin, whisky some beer and a couple bottles of wine. In hand luggage not hidden. And of course you can top up in port. But not Norway :) :) Half a dozen fizz would not be out of the way either. Sent from my iPad using Forums mobile app
