We are leaving May 19 on the Paul Gaugin. When do we request what we want for the in-room bar? Do we do that we we get on?

Yes, that's the normal way of doing it. Sometimes it works requesting online, but I've never seen it work. Your stewardess will give you a form, and then bring you the liquor (and whatever other things you would like in your fridge, like tonic.)

Wendy gave you the correct answer. We have been fortunate in that we have made our requests ahead of time for both of our PG trips and it has worked for us. But I think I read recently that the rssc web-site no longer has a place for any special requests so that route has been eliminated. (That was the place where we also requested top sheet and blanket in place of a duvet on the bed which we find too warm - especially in Tahiti.)
