Transportation Options for a group of 16 to Palm Beach

I'm looking for some ideas for group transportation to Palm Beach from the cruise port for a large group. I know by law taxis are permitted to take only 5 passengers at a time. Are there vans available that can transport more than five. How about a private service? Any help is greatly appreciated.

So you have something to go on. Taxi from the cruise terminal to Palm Beach is $11 each way for a maximum of up to 5 people. Add an additional $3 each way on Sundays and National Holidays.

$22 (round trip) x 4 taxis = $88
