Just an FYI, I called Celebrity Blue Chip Club to ask if any benefits from Club Royale carry over. The answer is NO. Even though Royal Caribbean owns Celebrity your Crown and Anchor levels do carry over between lines, but casino benefits do not. You have to establish yourself and be invited to join like Club Royale used to be. I asked about the discounts and the benefit where you can take cash on the room charge without a fee.
