Taking on water at anchor in the bay of Panama. Yuck! Mega yuck!!

 

UK government advice is not to swim anywhere, at any time, in the water off Panama City.

 

And it was being taken on board with what appears to be poor record keeping for chlorination - or am I reading it wrong?

Makes you wonder if noro on ships (not just SeaDream) might be partially due to ships making water at anchor when they shouldn't.

That was my fear, too, as I looked up other ships and the first transgressions listed even on ships that passed had to do with water systems.

 

So I'm doing a Scarlet O'Hara, and I'm just not going to think about it!

 

Don't have any trips coming up anyway...
