New Year's Day

I've been to Key West on a previous cruise. Curious if anyone has any input as to what might be different on New Year's Day.. ie - things NOT open?

Very few places might be closed.

A few of our favorites were closed for Thanksgiving but that won't be the case for New Year's.

It will be just like any other day.

Been there a few times for New Year's week (relatives used to live there for many years), and it's pretty much another day in paradise- no major closures at all that I remember- they want to make the tourism bucks... especially since New Year's is a popular tourism-driving event there, just as it is in places like New Orleans.
