International flight from Sydney

Voyager of the Seas docking is at 6:30 A.M. We need to catch an 11:15 A.M. flight out of Sydney. In any ones experiences, is this doable ? Also, how can we get early disembarking since we will be carrying off our own luggage ?

We chose not to take a noon flight last September on a Sunday, spent the night and took the noon flight back to the US the next day. In 20 - 20 hindsight, we could have made it. That was on a Sunday, and there was no traffic. The cruise line transfers were geared for flights after 10am.

You could probably make it, but why not spend some days in Sydney it is great.
