A slight warning. Three years ago Friends wanted to go riding and went with Liz Pereia, but were disappointed. Liz acts as an agent, best Google for an actual stable and book direct.

I have a video of our ride on Cockelshell on Youtube and someone just commented on it as an FYI that they are no longer in business. I don't know this for a fact because I haven't been there, but hopefully that info helps you. :)
