Their Facebook page is active https://www.facebook.com/pagaruba

Taxi will be approximately $18 each way for a maximum of up to 5 people. Add an additional $3 on Sunday or national holiday.

Thanks!

Arubalisa have you heard any feedback of the animal garden or been there yourself? I noticed it was ranked high on trip advisor but when I searched the aruba forum on cruise critic I didn't get much info at all.

We have not been there. We have been to the Donkey Sanctuary and the Ostrich Farm.

I would rely on the reviews on CC's sister website tripadvisor.com

If I had to guess, I am thinking it does not get a lot of buzz here in this forum because though it is a unique attraction for Aruba it is similar to U.S. zoo experiences and it is off the beaten tourist path?

The website seems to be working now. We will be in aruba the end of December and I hope we can visit Phillips animal garden. The reviews look great. I'm not usually a big zoo person, but I do want to support this sanctuary. They seem like they do good work. This will be our 1st time in aruba and I'm not sure if we should hire a taxi for the day or rent a car.
