OTS AirPort taxi service

Has anyone used this service. Looking for transportation from Heathrow to London hotel for 4 people plus bags. Are they reliable?

I have never heard of them but taxis at Heathrow are generally pretty good or they don't last long. There is very stiff competition.

I haven't used them either, but my brother who lives in the area and uses car services to and from Heathrow all the time recommended Addison Lee to me - we are traveling there in March, so haven't used them yet though. I was looking at their website and they seem to have a discount code as well.

Addison Lee can be quite expensive compared to other car services (their primary market is corporate), but they did reduce off-peak and weekend prices last year in a reaction to Uber pricing, if I remember correctly.

can anyone tell me if you have to pre pay for transportation from Heathrow to hotels in London, AND can you set up your phone with new sim card from Heathrow Terminal 2? (coming in on United)
