Just off the Allure and rented a scooter from Special Needs before the cruise. It was in the cabin when we arrived and served our needs. I would recommend them highly.

I am glad you had a good experience; we are just off the Voyager and used Special Needs for Oxygen service. They supplied the wrong equipment to us and nearly ruined our cruise and I will never use them again.

We will go back to Care Vacations for our service.
