Website assistance please?

I know that it's a no-no to ask about particular travel agency websites, but I was previously pointed to a website/search engine from certain postings here at CC, that I now for the life of me can't remember it! My only excuse is that I'm suffering from post-cruise brain fade and I'm trying to do my usual search for any solo bargains for a next cruise as a cure!

It's not *TG or the fishy one or *scanner, but is dark blue and white background, has a 60 (or 90 day) list as well as a solo bargain section. It can be refined by cruiseline and area, and has detailed statistics for timing of cruise pricing. I don't think it's related to one particular agency, but searches through other cruise websites to compile the best prices .... can anyone give me a clue as to what I'm trying to remember?? I can see the screen layout in my mind, but can't remember the address or the name and never got around to bookmarking it (as of course I never forget anything as simple as that - yeah, right!!)
