Port of Tampa

Family and I are going on our first cruise next week. We are sailing on Carnival Paradise out of Tampa. Our family all sleep with fans. My kids are freaking out that they need a box to sleep. Noise machines or Fan Apps are not good enough. I'm looking at buying a fan before we board the boat. Are there any Wal-Greens or stores close to the port where they sell these? Sorry about the stupid post/question, but this is a big deal in my house right now. Thanks.

Call Carnival Special Needs department and tell them you need fans for each of your cabins. Carnival does carry these but you have to arrange for them ahead of your cruise or they will all be gone when you board.

I too sleep with a fan. In my local Walgreens I purchased a small fan made for travel. Uses electricity, battery or USB. Love it!

The port in Tampa is downtown in the middle of a large city, it's the third largest in Florida, so finding a store should be easy. There's a small shopping plaza right next to the aquarium which is next to the port itself. And there is a Walgreens a few blocks away, I think on the other side of the hockey stadium

Live in Tampa. Closest and easiest would be Walgreens on Platt Ave
