Pitaya location?

I've been in touch with the nice folks at Pitaya and we are leaning toward spending our day there next month. However, I can't find it on Google maps. Can someone tell me their physical location? They mentioned a nearby restaurant but when I looked it seemed way out of the area I thought it was supposed to be.

Corner of the malecon and Calle Martillo. Turn left. They may have mentioned Green Iguana or el Delfin or Big Mamas. All should be close by. the Cafe Kerita coffee shop is on the south corner, and then the small fruit stand and Fernandos and Ibiza Sunset. so if you see Ibiza Sunset you went the wrong way.
