I'm going on the Conquest soon, and I'm wondering if there is a chinese/asian restaurant on board?

No Chinese or Asian restaurant. They do have a seafood shack and a sushi place though. Neither of those places were ever busy, although I did see several people eating the sushi.

There isn't an actual Asian restaurant on the Conquest, but there is an area in the Hornblower buffet that serves Asian food. It's on the port side of the ship.

Chopsticks, which is Asian food, is part of Lido buffet. Food is delicious!
