Willie Mae's Scotch House?

Planning a cruise next year from NOLA and our DD read about Willie Mae's famous fried chicken and wants to eat there. We'll be staying either near Central Bus. Dist. or French Qtr. pre-cruise. Any thoughts/opinions will be appreciated.

Great place to eat! Dookey Chase is also close by Willie Mae's. Both are excellent. You will need to hail a cab, fairly short ride and inexpensive. Hope you enjoy!
